Handwritten Together offers subscription-based products that deliver handwritten letters and accompanying inserts through the mail.

Subscriptions may include letters, recipes, reflections, and other materials created or shared by participating writers.

When purchasing a subscription, customers will receive recurring mailings based on the billing schedule selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colors, materials, and presentation may vary slightly due to printing, packaging, or viewing on different devices.

Letters may include personal stories, reflections, memories, or recipes shared by participating writers. These materials are intended for personal enjoyment and companionship and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Handwritten Together reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

Subscriptions may be purchased for yourself or as a gift for another recipient.

When purchasing a subscription for someone else, you are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable mailing address.

Handwritten Together is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting a purchase.

Orders are subject to our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

When purchasing, you select from the following options. Please note the different renewal terms for each:

Monthly (Automatic Renewal): You are billed once per month. This subscription automatically renews each month until you choose to cancel.

Quarterly (Prepaid – No Renewal): You are billed a single upfront payment for 3 months. This is a prepaid plan that does not renew. After the third letter is mailed, the subscription naturally expires.

Annual (Prepaid – No Renewal): You are billed a single upfront payment for 12 months. This is a prepaid plan that does not renew. After the twelfth letter is mailed, the subscription naturally expires.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to the selected billing schedule unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through the Services.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Handwritten Together letters are delivered through postal mail.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on postal carrier operations and the recipient’s location.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s mailing address is correct at the time of purchase.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, designs, logos, images, graphics, and written materials, is the property of Handwritten Together or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Handwritten Together names, logos, and branding elements are trademarks of Handwritten Together.

Handwritten Together is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Handwritten Together.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Handwritten Together.

You agree that Shopify and its affiliates are released from any claims arising from purchases made through our store.
