Cancellation policy

All products offered through Handwritten Together are provided as a subscription service. Each subscription includes a handwritten letter and accompanying inserts mailed to your designated recipient.

Billing & Renewal Options

When purchasing, you select from the following options. Please note the different renewal terms for each:

  • Monthly (Automatic Renewal): You are billed once per month. This subscription automatically renews each month until you choose to cancel.

  • Quarterly (Prepaid – No Renewal): You are billed a single upfront payment for 3 months. This is a prepaid plan that does not renew. After the third letter is mailed, the subscription naturally expires.

  • Annual (Prepaid – No Renewal): You are billed a single upfront payment for 12 months. This is a prepaid plan that does not renew. After the twelfth letter is mailed, the subscription naturally expires.

Managing Your Subscription

You may update your details or cancel a renewing (Monthly) subscription at any time. Use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us at: support@handwrittentogether.com.

Cancellation Timing

If a Monthly subscription is canceled after a billing cycle has been processed, you will receive the letter for the current month, and the subscription will not renew thereafter.

For Prepaid Quarterly or Annual plans, the service is committed for the full duration of the prepaid period. You will continue to receive all remaining letters in your plan, and the service will end automatically once the final letter is sent.

Refunds

Because each letter is thoughtfully prepared and mailed individually, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Gift Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased as gifts follow these same terms. Prepaid gift plans (Quarterly/Annual) are ideal for one-time gifting as they do not require manual cancellation to prevent future charges.
