Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive letters through the end of your current billing period. Future billing and future letters will stop after that.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@handwrittentogether.com or manage your subscription through your account.
Refunds
Because each letter is individually prepared and mailed, we do not offer refunds once a letter has been processed or shipped.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Lost or Damaged Letters
If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will gladly send a replacement letter at no additional cost.
Gifted Letters
Some letters may be gifted by loved ones, churches, or community organizations.
Gift purchases are non-refundable, but the subscription may still be canceled at any time to stop future shipments.
Exchanges
Because letters are personalized and prepared individually, we are unable to offer exchanges.
