Handwritten Together letters are delivered through standard postal mail.

Each month follows a simple preparation and mailing schedule to ensure every letter is thoughtfully written and prepared.

Monthly Letter Schedule

Handwritten Together letters are prepared and mailed once each month.

To ensure we have time to thoughtfully prepare each letter with our senior writers, we follow a monthly preparation schedule.

Subscription Cut-Off Date

Subscriptions placed on or before the 15th of the month will receive that month's letter.

Subscriptions placed after the 15th will begin with the following month's letter.

Preparation & Mailing Timeline

Beginning of the month – We connect with our senior writers and begin preparing letters
20th–25th – Letters are finalized and packaged
By the 25th – Letters are mailed through standard postal service

Delivery times vary depending on postal service operations and the recipient’s location.

Most recipients receive their letter within the last week of the month or early in the following month.

Address Changes

Please ensure that the recipient’s mailing address is correct at checkout. Handwritten Together is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or postal carrier delays.

To ensure the letter is mailed to the correct location, address updates must be submitted before the 15th of the month.

If you need to update an address for an upcoming mailing, please contact us at support@handwrittentogether.com before the 15th of the month.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s shipping address and local tax laws. Any taxes required by law will be included in your final order total before payment is completed.

Customers will always see the full total, including any applicable taxes, before placing their order.
